Sylvester is an experienced educator with 16 years of expertise in both IB and IGCSE curricula. As an IBDP Examiner for Visual Arts Extended Essay, Comparative Study, Process Portfolio, and Exhibition, he brings valuable insights into the assessment process. He currently serves as a Personal Project Coordinator, MYP Product Design teacher, and IBDP & MYP Visual Arts teacher. Holding a Master’s in Education with a focus on teaching, learning, and classroom management, Sylvester is passionate about guiding students in their creative and academic growth.

Sylvester Wellington is a passionate educator from Ghana with 16 years of experience in teaching Art and Design. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metal Product Design and a Master’s in Education, specializing in teaching and learning. Currently, he serves as an Art and Design teacher and Personal Project Coordinator, guiding students in their creative and academic growth.

Assigning supervisors to all students I organize mini workshops for teachers and students, set timelines for the process of the Personal Project in MYP 4 and I organize standardization sessions for teachers before final marks are submitted for moderation. I generate samples of personal projects and upload students’ final grades and work on IBIS. I Manage the MYP 4 and 5 personal projects on a daily basis.
