About Tutor

Evangelia is a highly skilled educator with a diverse background and a passion for promoting student success. Born and educated in Greece, she later moved to the Peruvian Amazon, where she embraced the opportunity to engage with students from various cultural backgrounds—an experience she finds deeply fulfilling. Evangelia is fluent in three languages and has traveled to over 20 countries, which further enhances her ability to connect with students worldwide. With a strong foundation in physics, Evangelia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her teaching. She has worked as a museum educator and an educational content creator for UNESCO, which allowed her to hone her skills in making complex scientific concepts accessible and engaging. Her expertise in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program is extensive, with over 60 Extended Essay (EE) supervisions in physics and serving as an IBDP Physics examiner since 2019. Evangelia is committed to the belief that hands-on experimental activities and simulations are essential to the learning process. She incorporates a wide range of resources and teaching methods to ensure her students develop a deep understanding of physics.
